The STARDOM performing arts competitions entry system was originally developed by Bendigo IT, is an exciting online system used to make entering the Eisteddfod much easier. The system delivers a wide range of benefits and information not previously available to you. The Bendigo, Victoria, based company Trend Logic now manages and supports the STARDOM Eisteddfod Entry and Administration software platform. If you haven't used STARDOM before or are a little rusty and are experiencing difficulty please ring us (see the Contacts page for numbers) or Trend Logic (03) 5444 2610 during business hours and we may be able to talk you through your online entry over the phone.
1. View the Syllabus - and print out or record all the items you wish to enter. NB: There are a very strictly limited number of printed versions available for purchase of this publication and in future years the syllabus will be an online publication only.
2. Ensure that you have your payment details handy, as payment is required at the time of entry. Secure payment is offered online via Credit Card. Any information you have entered will only be saved for 24 hours in the system, if online payment is not received in this time frame your online entry details will not be saved and need to be re-entered.
3. Do not press the Internet Go back one page button on the top left hand screen of your computer. You must navigate through using the buttons in GENI. If you press this button information will not be saved or remembered.
4. If your online remains idle (untouched) for twenty minutes the system automatically logs you out, but it appears as if your screen has frozen. To fix this problem log back in and the system will take you back to the page you were previously on. NB That any entries that remain unpaid or without a purchase order in the system for longer than 24 hours will not be saved.
5. STARDOM suggests using Firefox browser when using the entry system. Click here to download the latest version of Firefox. You may have problems doing your entry using other browsers.
